How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you want to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

If your payment fails, double-check your card details or try a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact your bank or email us at help@soulcoordinates.co for assistance.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment processes successfully. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo, UnionPay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What currency do you use?

All prices and transactions are in United States Dollars (USD).

Are taxes included in the price?

Taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. You'll see the final total, including tax, before you complete your purchase.

Is my payment information secure?

We currently ship only within the United States.

Which carrier do you use?

All orders ship via USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $7.95 USD. Orders of $60 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns even if you've worn the piece.

What condition do items need to be in?

Items can be returned in any condition, used or unused. We ask that you return them with original packaging when possible, but it's not required.

Are any items non-returnable?

No. All items are returnable within the 30-day window.

How do I start a return?

Email help@soulcoordinates.co with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping costs for all returns. You won't pay anything to send items back.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We don't charge restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.

Most of our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel with PVD coating. This creates a durable finish that lasts for years of daily wear.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Our stainless steel with PVD coating is engineered to be waterproof and highly resistant to tarnishing, fading, or peeling. You can shower, sleep, and exercise in your jewelry with confidence.

Can I wear this jewelry every day?

Yes. Our pieces are designed for continuous wear. The materials are built to last through everyday life.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Stainless steel with PVD coating requires minimal care. Wipe with a soft cloth if needed. No special cleaning or storage required.
